Shivam Pan

Shivam Pan is right there in the middle of things at Chetak Circle City. If you know Udaipur, you know how busy Chetak Circle can get. There are always cars honking and people rushing to get somewhere. Our little shop is right in the thick of it. It is a small space, mostly just enough for us to stand behind the counter and keep our stuff organized. We see all kinds of people here. Some are tourists looking for directions and others are locals who have been coming to us for years. Being in the city center means we do not get much peace, but that is fine. We like the energy. The shop does not have a lot of bells and whistles. We keep the lights on and the shutters open until late at night. Sometimes the sidewalk gets crowded right in front of us. We just try to keep things moving so nobody gets blocked. Shivam Pan is one of those places that you do not really plan to visit, you just end up there because you are nearby. We do not have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just show up every morning and do the work. The sign is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows it is us. It is just a small business trying to do its part in Chetak Circle City. We don't have many employees, just enough people to keep the counter covered during the day.
