About Shambhavi Bricks – Building & Construction Material in Udaipur
We’ve been running Shambhavi Bricks for a while now. If you go down Road No. 9 in Ashok Nagar, you’ll see our place right across from Ambe Dairy. Most mornings here start pretty early with the trucks pulling in. It’s a bit of a dusty job, honestly. My clothes usually have that red clay smell by lunchtime, but that's just how it goes when you’re making bricks. We mostly deal with local folks who are building small houses or fixing up walls in the neighborhood. The yard gets crowded sometimes when several people come at once. Being near the dairy is helpful because everyone knows where that is. We spend most of the day checking the kiln and making sure the batches are drying right. It isn’t fancy work, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the rain slows us down, and we have to cover everything up quickly. My uncle used to say that a good brick is just patience and heat. We try not to overthink things and just keep the supply moving. You can usually find one of us sitting by the gate or checking the stacks. People stop by to ask about prices while they're out getting their milk. It’s a busy little corner of Ashok Nagar. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small desk and some chairs where we handle the orders. It works for us and keeps the neighborhood building.
