Prajapati Traders

We are located right on the Glass Factory Main Road. It’s a busy stretch of tarmac with trucks going back and forth all day long. Being a trader here means you get used to the sound of heavy engines and the smell of diesel. Prajapati Traders isn’t anything fancy to look at from the outside. We just have a large shutter and a sign that’s seen a few monsoons. Inside, it’s mostly stacks of inventory and a small area where I keep the books. The main road can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours, which makes loading and unloading a real task sometimes. We have to time it just right so we don't block the whole flow of traffic. I usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at what came in the previous evening. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but there’s never really a quiet time to get it done. Customers come in looking for various supplies and I do my best to find what they need in the piles. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around to get to the back of the store. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know the shortcuts and the local rhythms. It’s just a basic trading business trying to stay organized in a very busy part of the neighborhood.
