Our office is at C-9 in the Pratap Nagar Transport Nagar, right along Chittor Road. Satpal Transport Co has been operating from this spot for a long while. It’s a practical location for what we do because it’s surrounded by other transport businesses and repair shops. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy logo. We just have our trucks and our reputation in the local area. The office is a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks. We spend most of our time talking to drivers and checking on the status of various shipments. It’s not always a smooth process. Trucks break down, roads get blocked, and sometimes the weather just doesn't cooperate. We just deal with those things as they come up. Chittor Road is always busy with traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in transport; we just want to do a decent job every day. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours are long, but that’s just how this business is. We like the community here in Pratap Nagar. It’s a place where people understand what it takes to keep a transport company running day after day. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
