Sapna Associates

Our office is right near Shastri Circle, which is always noisy with all the traffic passing by. Sapna Associates has been in this spot for a good while now. Mostly, we deal with property papers and help people figure out rentals or buying a plot. It’s a small room with a couple of chairs and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on full speed. People stop in during their lunch break or after work to ask about prices in the local area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking over old maps and documents. It gets dusty because of the main road, so we are always wiping down the glass table. I usually have tea around four and that’s when most neighbors stop by to chat. It’s not a big corporate setup, just us helping folks with their paperwork so they don't get confused. We know the lanes around here pretty well. Sometimes we have to go out and look at a site, which means closing up for an hour or so. The sunlight hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons. We just handle the daily stuff as it comes. No big secrets to it, just keeping track of who is selling what and making sure the names are right on the forms. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint maybe.
