Rajshree Bamboo Mart

Rajshree Bamboo Mart is located at Plot No.16 on Hiran Magri Main Road, right in Sector 14. We are quite close to the police station, so that is usually the best landmark to use if you are trying to find us for the first time. We have been working with bamboo for quite a while now. It is a sturdy material and we keep a lot of it piled up in the yard and inside the shop. Some days the place smells like fresh cut wood and earth, which is nice. We get all sorts of people coming in, from folks looking for a single pole to those wanting enough to build a fence or something bigger. It isn't a fancy showroom with lights and carpets. It is more of a working yard where things get moved around and dust gets on everything. We try to keep the bamboo organized by size, but it often gets mixed up when we are busy unloading a new truck. My cousins and I do most of the heavy lifting. It’s hard work on the hands, but we are used to it by now. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers are locals from the Sector 14 area or people who saw our sign while driving down the main road. We just focus on having enough stock ready for whoever walks in the gate. It's a simple, honest way to make a living.
