You can find Rajesh Transport Corporation over at 112, Sukher Nh-8. We are right opposite Kunal Marble, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being on the highway means things never really stop. There’s always a truck pulling in or pulling out at odd hours. We started this business because we knew the roads and figured we could make a living moving freight. The office is just a small place where we keep our logs and drink a lot of chai. It gets quite loud with the highway traffic right outside the door, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just deal with people face to face. Most of our customers are locals who have been using us for years. They know if they need something moved, they can just stop by the Sukher location. We spend a lot of time on the phone, tracking where the drivers are and making sure the loads are secured properly. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s stressful when things don't go according to plan. But that's just the nature of transport work. We’ve been here at this spot for a long time and everyone in the marble area knows who we are. We just keep our heads down and work because there's always another load waiting to be moved somewhere across the state.
