Rajendra Roadlines has its office at 32, Pratap Nagar, inside the N B Complex. It’s a solid location for us because it’s right where the action is. The complex is always full of people moving things, and there’s a real sense of hustle. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the tea sellers all know us. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us and a few reliable drivers. We spend our days answering the phone and writing down details for the next trip. The office gets a bit messy with all the receipts and logbooks, but we know where everything is. We don’t go in for fancy branding or anything like that. Our name is on the door and that’s about it. People come to us because they need stuff moved and they know we’re always at our desk in the N B Complex. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the weather, but other days it’s non-stop from sunrise to late at night. We don't have any big secrets to our success; we just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical business for practical people. We handle the loads, the drivers do the miles, and we keep things ticking along as best we can. It is a long day usually, but we are used to the routine by now.
