You can find us at C-7 in Pratap Nagar, right in the heart of Transport Nagar. It’s a crowded place, full of mechanics and other transport offices. We’ve been tucked away in this C-7 spot for years. The routine stays pretty much the same day in and day out. We open up the shutters, sweep the front, and start looking at the manifests. There’s a lot of shouting and horns honking outside, but you get used to it after a while. Our work involves a lot of coordinating between the factory guys and the drivers who own their own trucks. We have a few of our own as well. It’s mostly about making sure things don't sit in the warehouse for too long. Pratap Nagar is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else in the trade. We drink a lot of chai while waiting for the trailers to arrive. Sometimes a driver shows up late because of a flat tire, and we have to shuffle the schedule around. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know Rajasthan Golden because we’ve been around the block a few times. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We keep the books in order and make sure the cargo is tied down right. That’s about all there is to it.
