Our office is located at 621-H Goverdhan Vilas in Transport Nagar, right near the Shankar Filling Station. If you’ve ever been to Transport Nagar, you know it’s a world of its own, filled with garages, spare parts shops, and trucks parked in every available inch of space. We are right in the thick of it. It’s a place where you can’t really avoid getting a little grease on your hands if you stay long enough. We spend our days in a small room that’s usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the shouting of people outside. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy mission statements to give out. Mostly, we just have a lot of ledgers and a telephone that’s seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time waiting for drivers to call in or for the fuel prices to settle down at the station next door. It’s a simple life of managing schedules and hoping the roads stay open during the rainy season. We know the guys at the filling station pretty well, and we often head over there for a quick break when things get too hectic in the office. Our walls are covered in old notes and phone numbers scribbled directly onto the paint with a marker. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it actually is.
