Our office is in New Bhupalpura, right across the street from Divya Apartment. It’s a nice enough area and much quieter than being right in the center of the city. We have been working from this location for several years now. The office is basically just one big room where we have our computers and a bunch of notebooks for keeping track of things. We like being near the apartments because we get to know the families who live there. Many of them come to us whenever they need to go on a trip or visit their relatives in another town. We don't have any big flashy signs, just a small one near the door so people know they have the right place. Inside, it’s usually pretty calm, though it can get a bit hectic on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to book things at once. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving along. If someone has a problem with their travel, they just come and talk to us and we see what we can do to fix it. We don't have a big customer service department, it’s just us. We just try to be honest with people and not make promises we can't keep. It’s a small business, but it keeps us busy and we enjoy being part of the community here.
