You can find us at 32/843 Hathipole Loha Bazar. Being in the Loha Bazar means things are heavy and usually made of metal. The shop smells like iron and oil most of the time. It is a busy area in Chamanpura, so there is always noise from trucks and people moving crates. We have drawers full of nuts, bolts, and all types of hand tools. The counter is wooden and has a lot of scratches from years of sliding heavy boxes across it. It’s not a quiet office job. We are usually on our feet, reaching for things on the top shelves or digging through the back. Sometimes the inventory is a mess, but we manage to get people what they need. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop front. Our neighbors are all doing similar things, so we help each other out with change or moving heavy stuff. Quality Hardware & Tools is just the name on the sign. Inside, it is just a bunch of us trying to keep everything organized. It gets really busy on Monday mornings. We have a small stool for customers to sit on if they have to wait, but usually, it’s just a quick in and out. The walls are covered in old calendars and some notes we scribbled down months ago. It's a real working place. We don't use fancy computers for everything, just the basic stuff we need for our daily tasks here.
