Prathibha Sales & Services is based in Savina Savina Kheda. It’s a small neighborhood where things move a bit slower than in the city center. Our shop is filled with all sorts of tools, spare parts, and machines that need fixing. There’s a constant smell of oil and metal in the air. We have a workbench in the back where we spend most of our time taking things apart and putting them back together. It’s a cluttered space, but we know exactly where everything is. The area around Savina Kheda has changed a lot since we first opened, with more houses being built every year. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows; it’s more like a workshop with a wide rolling shutter. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of advice on a repair. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and have known us for years. The floor is concrete and has a few stains from various projects. We open up the shop early in the morning and usually wrap things up by sunset. It’s honest, manual work that keeps our hands busy. We don't have any grand plans, just to keep the shop running and help out whoever walks through the door.
