Mount Lake Brewerise Pvt. Ltd. Udaipur is located over at No. 51- 52 in Maharana Pratap Colony, specifically in B- Block, Sector- 13 of Hiran Magri. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here for a while now. The work involves a lot of cleaning, checking temperatures, and making sure the tanks are doing what they should. It’s a damp environment most of the time because of all the water and cleaning we have to do. We aren't a giant commercial brewery with shiny visitor centers. We just have our equipment and our storage space. The staff here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from moving crates to checking the brew. Udaipur can get really hot, so keeping everything at the right temperature is our main struggle. The office side of things is pretty basic, just a desk and a computer to keep track of what’s going out. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Usually, someone is wearing rubber boots and a stained shirt because that’s the reality of the job. We like the quietness of Hiran Magri compared to the main city center. It gives us space to work without too much distraction. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a lot of hard, physical work, but we’re used to it by now. That's life here.
