P L S Water Solution is located at Hathipole Pannadhay Marg 22. Hathipole is a historic area, and Pannadhay Marg is a narrow street that is always full of life. Our shop is in a very old building with thick stone walls that keep the interior relatively cool even in the middle of summer. We deal with all sorts of water-related issues, from leaky pipes to installing new tanks. Because the street is so narrow, we can't always get a vehicle right to the door. We often have to carry our equipment by hand from the main road. The area is famous for its markets, so there are always tourists and locals walking past. We have a small counter at the front where we talk to people about what they need. Behind that, it’s just a room full of wrenches, pipes, and various fittings. We’ve been at number 22 for many years, following in the footsteps of those who ran the place before us. It’s a noisy, cramped, and busy place, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We know all the other shopkeepers on the street and we often share a joke or some news. It’s a traditional way of doing business, based on knowing people and doing a decent job. We don't need a website or social media to stay busy; the location does that for us.
