You will find Pratap Tours at 207 Gulab Bagh, inside the Kamal Complex. It’s a decent area, and we have been working out of this office for a few years now. The complex has several other businesses, so there is a constant flow of people coming and going. We focus on tours and travel arrangements. Our office isn't very big, but it’s enough for us to handle the bookings and paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they should be. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s important to get the timing right. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they walk past the building. We try to keep things simple and honest with our customers. If a certain route is difficult or a hotel isn't great, we usually just say so. It’s better than having problems later on. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local team trying to provide a service. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands, which helps when we are planning routes. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and people want to get out. We just take it as it comes and do our best. There is a small tea stall downstairs where we usually get our afternoon snacks.
