We’ve been at 105 Sarvritu Vilas for quite a while now. It’s just how things go here, trucks coming and going at odd hours of the night. My cousin and I started this with just one old lorry and things sort of grew on their own. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the waybills. Most days start early with drivers calling in about where they are on the highway. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually drink a cup of tea. We handle a lot of different loads, mostly whatever needs moving from one city to another. The traffic around Sarvritu Vilas can get a bit messy in the evenings but we manage. People know where to find us if they need something moved. It’s not a glamorous job, just moving stuff from point A to point B. We spend a lot of time checking tires and making sure the logs are right. There’s always someone at the office, even if it’s just to keep an eye on things. We don't really do much advertising because most people just walk in or call based on seeing our trucks on the road. It’s a simple life, really. Just keeping the wheels turning and making sure the goods get where they’re supposed to go without too much trouble.
