In Bhupalpura, life moves a bit slower than in the bigger cities, which is fine by us. We are over at D 3, which is a simple spot for a consultancy like ours. We don't have a giant staff or a floor full of people. It is mostly just a few of us sitting around the table talking through things. The office has a few plants that we sometimes forget to water, and a big window that looks out onto the street. People come to see us when they need help with their plans or when they have questions they can’t answer themselves. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just look at what is in front of us and try to figure it out. The files are mostly kept in folders on the shelf because we like to have things where we can see them. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop downstairs when a meeting goes long. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We take our time to make sure we don't miss any details. Being in Bhupalpura means we see the same faces quite often, which makes the work feel more personal. We have been in this same spot for years, and we haven't seen a reason to change much. It’s just a plain room where we help people out with their business.
