Ba Pass

Our business is called Ba Pass and we are located in Dungarpur, Rajasthan. You can find us at 154 Azad Nagar, New Colony. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the big cities like Jaipur or Delhi. We like being in a place where people know each other. The office isn't anything big or fancy. It’s just a small building where we have our equipment and a few desks. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. Most people know about us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We do our work at a steady pace. It gets very hot here in the summer, so we have fans going all the time to keep the air moving. We don't have any corporate language or big goals that we talk about. We just want to do our work properly and keep things moving. The team is small, so we all do a bit of everything. There’s no one person just sitting around. We all pitch in. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what’s happening in the colony. It’s a very simple and direct way of working. We aren't looking to grow into a massive company. We are content with where we are and what we are doing right here in Dungarpur. It’s just a normal local business where everyone works hard and takes care of their responsibilities.
