New Vision Mobile World

New Vision Mobile World is located at Ambamata 10. We have been working out of this spot for a while, dealing with all the tech that people use these days. It is mostly mobile phones, but we also have headphones, cables, and various accessories hanging on the walls. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we put everything so it doesn't look too cluttered. People come to us when their screen cracks or if they just want a new case to change the look of their device. We spend a lot of time sitting at the back desk with small screwdrivers and tweezers, trying to fix things that have stopped working. Ambamata is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside the window. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It is just a local business where we talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them actually are. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we just have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. We try to be fair about it and don't make promises we can't keep. It's not a high-pressure environment. We just like technology and helping folks get their phones back in working order so they can go about their day. When it’s quiet, we usually just sit and catch up on the latest news on our own phones.
