New Thoughts

New Thoughts is located at 38, Main Road in Shakti Nagar. We are right there on the busy street where you can hear the horns honking all day long. The shop has been here for a bit and we have a bit of everything on the shelves. It’s one of those places where you might come in for one thing and see something else you forgot you needed. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is hidden. If you ask for something, we can usually find it even if it's tucked away at the bottom of a pile. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass cases because the road dust in Shakti Nagar is never-ending. We like to keep the door open to let some air in, even if it means the street noise comes with it. Our regulars are mostly people who live in the colony behind the main road. They stop by on their way home from the market or when they are out for an evening walk. We don't do any fancy marketing or have a website. We just rely on people knowing we are here. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when it’s quiet and watch the world go by. It is a slow, steady kind of business and we are fine with that. We just focus on being open every day and helping the people who walk in.
