New Green Road Lines

Our place, New Green Road Lines, is located at 12-C in the Pratap Nagar area, right on the Chittorroad side of Transport Nagar. It’s a big area for trucks, so we fit right in. The road outside is always full of heavy vehicles and the smell of diesel. We’ve been operating from this office for a good number of years. It’s a practical space, mostly just somewhere to sit and talk to the drivers or fill out the manifest. We don't have any high-tech gadgets, just some pens, registers, and a phone that never seems to stop. Working in Transport Nagar means you have to be ready for anything. Some days the loads are light and other days we are working until late at night just to get everything cleared out. We handle transport mostly along the Chittorroad route. We know the drivers well and we know which trucks are reliable. It’s a simple business model. We get a call, we find a truck, and we send the goods. We don’t make big claims about being the best. We just do what we can to make sure the stuff arrives in one piece. The office is a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, but that’s just life in this part of town. We are just here to work and get through the list of tasks we have for the day. It is not always easy, but we manage it.
