New Goodwill Trans Services

We are located at D-19 in Pratap Nagar Transport Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s just a sea of trucks and grease. New Goodwill Trans Services is tucked in between a mechanic and a tea shop. We’ve been in this office for years, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over time. It’s loud out here, with engines starting up at all hours and people shouting for directions. We mostly handle local transport, but we do send things further out when the need arises. My family runs the show. I usually handle the drivers while my cousin deals with the loading schedules. It’s not a polished business. We have grease on our hands and dirt on the floor. Some days everything goes wrong, like a tire blowing out or the paperwork getting lost in the mail, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the loads are moved and everyone gets paid at the end of the week. The chairs in the office are old and the fan makes a clicking sound, but it's home for us. We know almost everyone in the transport yard by their first name. It's a small world in a big city with its own set of rules.
