Udaipur is a beautiful place but working in Delhigate means you are always in the middle of a crowd. Our office is inside Bhopal Wadi, which is a bit tucked away from the main road noise. We have been here for a while now, mostly handling the daily grind of paperwork and meetings. It is not a very large space, just enough for a few desks and a place to keep the files. We usually have the fan on high because the Udaipur heat can be really something in the afternoons. Most of our clients are locals who have known us for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the tea guy is late and that’s the biggest drama of our morning. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with glass walls. It is just us in an old building, doing the work that comes our way. The stairs are a bit steep and the lighting could be better, but it works for what we need. We see the city change outside our window every day. It’s a steady pace of life here. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know where 24 Bhopal Wadi is when they need to talk to someone about their business or legal things. We keep things pretty straightforward and plain. It might not look like much, but we get the job done every day.
