We are located at 51 Ashwani Market in Hathipole. If you know the market, you know it is a place for buying all sorts of things, so having a tech company like Msys Technologies here is a bit unique. We are tucked away in a spot that gets a lot of foot traffic from people shopping for clothes or groceries. It’s quite a contrast to the work we do on computers all day. When you step inside, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the vendors calling out their prices from the street. Our office is filled with screens and a mess of cables that we really should organize better one of these days. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, we just make a pot of tea or grab something from the stall around the corner. We spend our hours coding or fixing technical issues, and sometimes we get so focused we forget how loud the market is outside. It’s an honest way to work, even if we are in an old building that has its fair share of cracks in the walls. We don’t try to sound like a big Silicon Valley firm. We are just local people who happen to be good with technology, working out of a market area because it’s where we are. It is simple and it works.
