Mangal Transport Co

We operate out of Mangal Bhawan at Amal Ka Kanta. It’s an old building that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb on a hot day. The area around us is full of history and narrow streets that make you wonder how anyone ever gets a truck through, but we manage somehow. Our office is a mix of old wooden furniture and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We don't really use much technology beyond what’s absolutely necessary, preferring to keep track of things in our own way. It’s a local business through and through, where people often stop by just to sit for a minute and catch up on the news. We spend our mornings sorting through the orders and our afternoons making sure everything is loaded up correctly. The air in the office usually carries the scent of incense and old paper. We aren't interested in being some big national chain with fancy offices in the city. We like being here at Amal Ka Kanta, where we know the shopkeepers next door and the mailman knows exactly where to leave our letters. It’s a quiet sort of routine that we’ve fallen into over the years. We don't have any big promises to make, just that we show up every day and do the work that’s expected of us until the sun goes down and we lock up.
