We are located at 2 University Road. It’s a bit different from being in the middle of a dedicated transport nagar, but we like it here. It’s easier for some of our clients to reach us without fighting through all the heavy truck traffic. The office is small and we keep it simple. Usually, there’s just two of us handling the bookings while the drivers are out on the routes. We’ve been at this for a while, and most of our work comes from people who live or work nearby. We don’t have a fleet of hundreds of trucks, just a few reliable ones that we keep in good shape. University Road is a busy street, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We spend our days writing out receipts and making sure the loading is done properly so nothing breaks. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in the mud during monsoon, and we have to go out and help. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. We just focus on the task at hand. If someone needs a load carried, we figure out the best way to do it. It’s been our livelihood for years, and we just keep plugging away at it day after day. It’s nothing special, just a regular transport office doing its job.
