Lakecity Roadways

Lakecity Roadways is based right in the heart of Pratap Nagar Transport Nagar. It’s a hectic place to work, but we like it that way. Being in the transport business means things are rarely quiet. We see a lot of different faces every day, from drivers who have been on the road for a week to local shop owners looking to move some inventory. Our name comes from the city, and we try to cover as many routes as we can from here. The office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a lot of paper everywhere. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just do the work. If you need something moved, we tell you if we can do it and how much it will cost. Sometimes the weather is bad and things get delayed, but we try to be honest about that. We don't like making promises we can't keep. It's a tough industry with a lot of competition, but we’ve managed to stay around by just being straightforward with people. The trucks are the most important part, so we spend a lot of time making sure they are ready to go. You can usually find us around the yard, checking the tires or talking to the mechanics. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but it’s a living. We have been doing this for years and it is what we know best for our families.
