Kaveri Roadlines

Started out near the Lakecity petrol pump on Balicha Nh-8 years ago. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around the desk, keeping track of where the trucks are and hoping the weather stays clear for the drivers on the road. It gets pretty loud out here with all the heavy traffic heading down the highway, but we've gotten used to the noise over time. Sometimes the wind kicks up a lot of dust from the road, making us have to wipe down the tables twice a day. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to guys and making sure things are moving along like they should. It isn’t anything fancy, just a small spot where we handle the daily grind of moving goods from one place to another. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere, and someone is always coming in or out with a delivery slip. We know most of the people around this part of the bypass by now. It’s funny how you start to recognize the same faces and trucks passing by at the same hour every morning. The office isn't much to look at, but it gets the job done for us. We just focus on keeping the wheels turning and making sure nobody is waiting too long for their stuff. Life on the Nh-8 is busy, and we just try to keep up with it as best as we can without making too much of a fuss.
