Kaushal Research It Solution Private Limited is located at 306 in Choti Mata Kotra. It’s a small office on the third floor of the building. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now and we’ve grown used to the climb up the stairs. Choti Mata Kotra is a busy area with a lot of shops, but once you get inside and shut the door, it’s a bit more peaceful. We do a lot of research and technical work in this space. It’s mostly just the team sitting in front of their screens, looking at data or trying to solve a tricky problem. The office isn’t much to look at if you’re expecting something modern. We have basic wooden desks and chairs, and there are always too many coffee mugs sitting around. We don't really have visitors often, so we don't worry about keeping the place looking like a fancy showroom. It’s just a workspace, plain and simple. We like being in this part of Kotra because it’s easy for all of us to get to and there are some great food stalls just around the corner for lunch. Sometimes we get really involved in a project and end up staying until the building gets completely dark and quiet. We’re a small team and we’ve all worked together for years. We don't have any strict rules or corporate manuals. We just talk to each other and get the work finished.
