Kanorwala Tour & Travels

We are located at 17 Hathipole inside the Emerald Tower. Kanorwala Tour & Travels is a small office where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements. Hathipole is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. The office itself is quite basic, with a few desks and some old computers that we use to keep track of bookings. We spend most of our time talking to people about their travel plans, whether they are going just a short distance or somewhere further away. It involves a lot of paperwork and making phone calls to coordinate with different transport providers. We don't have a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes I'm the one answering the phone, and other times I'm out checking on the cars. It’s a bit of a juggle, but we are used to it by now. The tower can be a bit confusing to navigate if you haven't been here before, but we are easy enough to find once you’re on the right floor. We try to keep things simple for our customers. We tell them what’s possible and what’s not based on the time they have. Things don't always go perfectly, but we stay on top of it. It’s a practical business, and we just keep working hard to keep everything running for the people who book with us.
