Being located right on the Pratap Nagar Bypass means we see a lot of action every single day. We set up shop here because it’s where all the big vehicles are always passing through. It's a bit of a dusty place, to be honest, and the sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons. We spend our hours filling out logbooks and chatting with the drivers who stop by to pick up their next load. There’s always a bit of a rush in the mornings when everyone wants to get on the road early to beat the heat. We don't have any big signs or anything like that, just a simple office where we keep our records and answer the phone. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. It's a basic setup with a few chairs and a lot of paper stacked up on the shelves. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we know the rhythm of the bypass pretty well. Most of our day is just making sure the cargo gets where it needs to go without too many hiccups. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part and keep things moving along steadily. The coffee isn't great, and the chairs creak, but the work gets done and that is what matters most.
