You can find Jyoti Roadlines in the Madri Industrial Area, specifically in the Dangiyo Ki Pancholi section. Being in an industrial area means we are right where the action is. Most of the factories around here need stuff moved every single day. We’ve been here since the roads were much worse than they are now. The office is right in the middle of all the noise and the smoke from the nearby plants. It’s a practical place to be for a transport company. We spend a lot of time talking to factory managers and making sure we have enough drivers ready for the morning shifts. It’s a lot of coordination. I usually have three or four things going at once, like checking a fuel bill and answering the phone at the same time. The drivers often hang out at the office between trips, so there’s always someone to talk to. We don't use any fancy terms for what we do. We just move goods from the factories here in Madri to wherever they need to go. Sometimes it’s just across town and other times it’s much further. Dangiyo Ki Pancholi is a busy spot, and we fit right in with the rest of the workshops and warehouses. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s been that way for a long time.
