Our place is located at 3, Dhan Mandi School Marg. It’s a busy little area, especially when the school nearby lets out and the kids are everywhere. Jai Minerals & Industries has been operating from this spot for some time now. The street can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery trucks, but we've gotten used to the noise. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of talk about minerals. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need to find us usually do. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to be moved or sold. It’s a practical kind of business. We deal with various industrial materials and it's not always clean work, but it's what we do. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a fair amount of time just tidying up. There’s a tea stall not too far away where we usually get our mid-day break. It isn't a corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular building where work happens. We try to keep things simple. If there is a problem with a shipment, we just sit down and figure it out. No fancy meetings or long presentations here. Just everyday tasks and keeping the books straight. The neighborhood knows us, and we know the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to spend the workday and keeps us grounded in the local community.
