Deepak Mineral Grinders is based out in the Mewar Industrial Area at F-27 on Road No. 4. Being located in an industrial zone means there is a constant hum of noise and movement all around us. We have our grinding machines running for most of the working day. It takes a lot of effort to keep the equipment maintained and to make sure all the minerals are processed correctly to the right size. The office is right next to the main plant area, so it is never a very peaceful spot. We focus heavily on the technical side of the grinding process and getting the specific textures that our customers ask for. Most of us working here have been in this industry for many years. We do not have much time for fancy brochures or polished sales presentations. We just show our samples and talk about the grit and the total quantity needed. The trucks come in and out of the gates all day long. It gets quite dusty, as you might expect with any mineral grinding operation. We usually just wear our work clothes and get stuck into the daily tasks. It feels more like a family-run place even though we are officially a private limited company. We care a lot about the machines and the final output. That is what keeps our business going day after day. It is a simple, hardworking life.
