If you look for the SBI ATM in Ambamata Scheme, you’ll find us at No. 33 B right nearby. We deal with various types of minerals here. Our space is often filled with samples and bags of different materials we’ve brought in for testing or sorting. It’s a bit of a dusty business, honestly, so we don't wear our best clothes to work. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the minerals and making sure the orders are ready for transport. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some businesses mixed in, so it’s not too loud most of the time. We’ve been at this location for several years now. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a place where we do the actual work of sorting and managing the stock. My colleagues and I have been doing this for a long time, so we know the local trade pretty well. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites, but most of the time we are right here at the office. We just keep our records in order and talk to the suppliers when they come by. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and it’s what we know. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep everything moving along without any major problems. There's always a lot to do and the bags of stones don't move themselves. We stay pretty busy.
