At Shreemahaveer Minchem Corporation, we operate from No. 4 in the New Glass Factory Colony. This part of Sunderwas is usually pretty active, especially with Aim Computer just down the way. Our business is focused on minerals and chemicals, which means things can get a bit messy. The yard is usually filled with bags of raw materials and there’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded. It’s a very hands-on environment. The office is small and tucked away in the front. It’s where we handle the orders and keep track of the inventory. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets. Most of our records are kept in big physical ledgers because that’s how we’ve always done it and it works fine. The furniture in the office has been there since we opened, and it shows some wear. We aren't worried about the aesthetics of the place; we care more about getting the orders right and making sure the quality of the minerals is what it should be. The people working here have been with us for a long time. We’re like a small family. We know each other’s kids and we help out if someone is having a rough time.
