You can find us at Sector 4 Main Road, number 182, in the Central Area. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now, focusing on computers and IT related things. The shop is full of cables, motherboards, and monitors. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the boxes stacked up. We deal with people coming in because their laptops won’t start or they need a new mouse for their office work. The main road is always loud with bikes and cars, but inside we are usually quiet, hunched over a desk fixing something. We handle software installs and hardware upgrades for the families living around here. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a working lab where things get fixed. We have some used parts and new ones too, depending on what someone is looking for. The tea stall next door is where we get our breaks. Some days are slow, while others have five people waiting at once. We don't use fancy jargon; we just tell people what's wrong with their machine in plain English. Most of our customers are students from the nearby blocks or shop owners who need their billing systems to work. It’s a practical business. We focus on the tech and making sure we have the right screwdriver for the job. We've seen technology change a lot over the years, but the basic problems people have with their screens or keyboards stay pretty much the same for us.
