You can find us over at C-4 in the Pratap Nagar Transport Nagar area, right on the Chittor Road. Hariyana Punjab Roadlines is a name that’s been around these parts for a long time. This area is always full of trucks and mechanics, so we fit right in. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time. It’s more of a place where people drop in to share news and check on their loads. Being on the road to Chittor is good because it’s a main artery for the trucks. We deal with all sorts of goods and different types of vehicles. The work is mostly about coordination and making sure the drivers are okay. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job every day. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this business, more than people think, and we spend plenty of hours at the desk. But we’d rather be out by the trucks. It’s a rough and tumble kind of life, but it suits us. We don’t use corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just roadline operators who know the routes between here and the north. Some people think it's just driving, but there is a lot more to it.
