You can find us at C 6 in the Pratap Nagar Transport Nagar area. It is a place that is always full of activity, with trucks being loaded and unloaded and mechanics working on engines right in the middle of the street. Our office is a simple room with a blue door that stays open most of the day to let in some air. We have a few chairs for visitors and a large desk where we keep all the logs. It gets very dusty because of all the heavy vehicles moving around, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. We are a small outfit and we mostly handle local transport for businesses in the nearby industrial estates. My cousin helps me with the scheduling and we have a few drivers who have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a computer system, so everything is done with pen and paper. It might seem old-fashioned, but it works for us. Sometimes we have issues with the trucks breaking down, which can be a real headache, but we have some good mechanics nearby who help us out. It is a tough way to make a living, but we have been doing it for so long that we don't know anything else. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep the trucks moving without causing too many problems.
