Green Chilly

Green Chilly is right by Gulab Bagh. It’s a good spot to be, especially with the greenery nearby. We aren't a massive operation. It’s just a few of us working in the space we have. The address at Gulab Bagh is where we spend all our time. We didn't spend a lot of money on expensive furniture or decor. We mostly just focused on getting the equipment we needed and making sure the kitchen worked right. It’s a practical setup. We do all the cleaning ourselves, so you’ll often see one of us with a mop or a cloth. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing us when they’re near the gardens. The pace can be a bit slow in the afternoons, but it picks up later on. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the birds from Gulab Bagh and the people walking by. It’s a simple way to spend the day. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a local business trying to keep things going. Sometimes we run out of something or the delivery is late, and we just deal with it. That’s how it goes when you’re running a small place. We’re happy to be here and we just take it one day at a time. It keeps us busy and out of trouble. We just open up and see what the day brings.
