We are located out in Balicha, which is a good spot for a business like Garib Nawaj Roadlines. It’s away from the main city squeeze but still where all the action is for transport. We started out with just a couple of people and a lot of hope. Now we spend our days making sure goods get moved from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy building with glass walls. Our office is just a place to sit, take calls, and keep the logs updated. The yard is usually full of activity, especially in the early mornings when the drivers are heading out. We’ve got a lot of regulars who have been using us for years because they know we don't play games. We just tell you how it is. If there’s a delay, we say so. Balicha is a friendly enough place and we’ve gotten to know the other owners around here. We all help each other out when someone’s truck is stuck or if there’s a problem with a route. It’s a hard way to make a living sometimes, especially with the costs of everything going up, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. It’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and work.
