We’ve been here on University Road for a good while now. It started small, just me and a couple of desks, trying to figure out why people’s laptops kept crashing. Most of our days are spent looking at screens or opening up computer cases to blow out the dust. It gets pretty busy around here because of all the students from the nearby colleges coming in with broken keyboards or software that just won't behave. We handle a bit of everything, from fixing a slow PC to helping someone get their printer working again when it's being stubborn. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps the lights on. The shop is usually a bit cluttered with parts and cables, but we know where everything is. Sometimes people just stop by to ask a quick question about a new gadget they bought elsewhere, and that’s fine. We try to be helpful when we can. The heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, so the fan is always going full speed. Being on University Road means there's always noise outside, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the job at hand. If a screen is cracked or a motherboard is acting up, we take a look and see what can be done. It’s honest work and it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been around tech for years.
