If you go toward the Community Hall in Sector 3 of Hiran Magri, you’ll see us on the corner. It’s a handy location because people are always coming and going from the hall for some event or meeting. The shop itself is quite small, but we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. There are rows of snacks, household bits, and small things people might need in a hurry. The door creaks a bit when it opens. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who take turns sitting at the counter. The shelves are made of old wood and some of them lean a little. We spend a lot of time checking the dates on packets and making sure nothing is sitting too long. It gets dusty because of the wind blowing across the open ground nearby. There is a small bench outside where some of the older men from the neighborhood sit and talk in the evenings. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It isn't anything fancy, just a local spot where the floor is a bit worn down from people walking in. We know most of the people who live in the surrounding lanes by their first names. It’s just a basic corner shop doing its thing every day from morning until late at night. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just use a torch to find what people need until the lights come back on.
