Chittora Transport Co is right in Bhuwana, specifically across from the Jain Mandir. If you know the temple, you can’t miss us. It is a very well-known landmark in this part of town. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but that’s normal for a transport company. We spend our days arranging loads and talking to drivers who are passing through. It is a simple setup with a couple of chairs and a lot of talk about diesel prices and road conditions. Being near the temple means we see a lot of people every day. We handle mostly local and long-distance transport. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking into the office. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If a truck is going to be late, we just say so. There is no point in making up stories. We know the routes around Bhuwana like the back of our hand. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in when it gets busy. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. It’s just us doing our bit to move things around. We are usually here until late in the evening every single day.
