Ashirwad Minerals & Marbles

Our office is up on the 3rd floor of the Royal Complex. Being outside Delhigate means there is always a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. Ashirwad Minerals & Marbles has been in this spot on Gurudwara Marg for a good while. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. Downstairs is always crowded with people and scooters. Up here, it’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to suppliers on the phone. We don’t keep the actual marble here in the office, of course. That stays at the yards. This is just where the planning and the boring stuff happens. We have a few desks, some old files, and usually a pot of tea going. It’s a simple place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We spend most of our day coordinating between the mines and the customers. Sometimes things get delayed or the weather messes up the transport, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to figure it out. It’s just the way the mineral business goes in Rajasthan. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to everything, even if the parking is a nightmare. It feels like home to us after all these years of dealing with stone and logistics. It's just a regular office at room 312.
