We are over at 311 Shastri Circle, right in the Lodha Complex. It’s a busy spot. We’ve been here quite a while now, just helping people figure out their trips. Usually, someone walks in looking for a train ticket or maybe a flight to see their relatives, and we get it sorted on the computer. It’s not a fancy office, just some desks and maps on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels or checking schedules that keep changing. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but mostly it works out. It's nice when someone comes back and tells us the hotel was okay or the bus wasn't too late. We don't do anything too crazy, just the usual travel stuff like passports or booking a car for a weekend. The traffic around Shastri Circle can be a mess in the evenings, so we usually see more people in the mornings. It’s just us here most days, typing away and trying to make sure the dates match up. People ask a lot of questions about where to go and we just tell them what we know from the papers we have. It’s a job and we like being in this part of town. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby so we’re never short on snacks while we work. We just take things one day at a time.
