Tvastra Innotech Solutions Private Limited is actually based in Tumkur, not right in the middle of Bangalore like everyone else. Our office is called Surabhi and we are located on Park Road in Shivamookambika Nagar. It’s in the Upparahally area. We like being out here because it feels a bit different from the frantic pace of the big city. The office is a practical space where we handle our daily operations and technical work. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group of people who know their way around technology and innovation. Most days are pretty routine. We come in, check our emails, and get to work on whatever solution we are currently building. There’s a park nearby, hence the name of the road, which is nice for a quick walk when we need to clear our heads. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits or have long, boring meetings about nothing. We just talk to each other and get things finished. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this place a good environment to work in. It’s got everything we need and nothing we don’t. Being in Tumkur gives us a different perspective on things. We are proud of where we are and what we’re building here in this town.
