Hcl Technologies in Tumkur is located at No 411 on the 3rd Cross in Sharada Nagar. It’s a local spot in Karnataka, India, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and do our daily tasks. Finding us is easy if you know where the 3rd Cross is. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right where the work happens. We like it that way because it’s practical. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps us stay focused on what we need to get done. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or have long meetings about "synergy" or anything like that. We just talk about what needs to be finished today. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We might grab a bite to eat at one of the local stalls nearby during our break. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don't make big promises or use marketing talk. We just show up at No 411 and do the jobs we're supposed to do. The desks are a bit cluttered, the coffee is just okay, but the work gets done correctly. That’s just how we run things here in Sharada Nagar. We usually lock up the gate before leaving for the day.
