Techczars It Innovations Private Limited is based out in Tumkur, not Bangalore. We are at #148 Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Krupa, near the park in Kuvempu Nagar. It is a lot quieter here than in the big city, which most of us actually like. The building has a traditional name and a bit of a traditional feel too. We are right on the road, so we see people walking to the park in the mornings and evenings. The office is just a few rooms where we have set up our computers and some basic furniture. It’s nothing fancy at all. We have a small fan in the corner that rattles a bit when it’s on the high setting. Tumkur is a decent place to work because things are a bit slower and less stressful. We don’t have to deal with the same level of traffic as the Bangalore folks. Our day usually starts with a quick chat about what needs to be done, then we just get to it. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a local guy who brings tea if we call him. It’s an honest, simple setup. We’ve been here for a while and the people in Kuvempu Nagar know us. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the software and IT stuff we handle every day. It’s a good, steady environment for the team. We usually finish up by six and head home before the evening chill sets in.
